Welcome to the Ultimate Pickleball League (“UPL,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile site, and any related online services (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. General Use of the Site

The UPL Site provides information, news, schedules, products, and services related to the Ultimate Pickleball League. You may browse the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • You grant UPL a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and share your content for promotional or informational purposes.

  • UPL reserves the right to review, edit, or remove User Content at its discretion.

4. Team Ownership, Membership, and Registration

f you participate in any UPL program—such as team ownership, player registration, sponsorship, or junior development—you agree that:

  • Participation terms (including fees, deadlines, and eligibility) are governed by the official UPL League Policies, separate from these Terms.

  • Team owners are responsible for maintaining accurate registration information and following league rules and payment requirements.

  • UPL reserves the right to modify participation terms or revoke membership for violations of league conduct or payment policies.

5. Purchases and Payments

When purchasing merchandise, tickets, or memberships through the Site:

  • You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize payment for your selected products.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.

  • UPL reserves the right to change prices, modify products, or cancel orders if errors occur.

Refunds, exchanges, or event cancellations will follow posted UPL refund policies.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may include links to third-party services such as VAIR, Sporfie, Leorever, or sponsor pages. UPL is not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or services. Accessing external links is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without any warranties—express or implied—including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
UPL does not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

  • Use or inability to use the Site,

  • Loss of data or profits,

  • Errors or omissions in content.

10. Junior Development & Youth Safety

UPL’s youth programs follow strict safety and consent protocols. All participating minors must have parental or guardian authorization. UPL does not knowingly collect data from minors without consent.

UPL may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.
