UPL Brings Pro Pickleball Energy to Mesa for the Southwest Exhibition — plus a holiday toy drive benefiting Phoenix Children’s

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The Ultimate Pickleball League (UPL) is bringing elite semi-pro pickleball to the desert with the UPL Southwest Exhibition, taking place December 6–7, 2025 at Arizona Athletic Grounds in Mesa, Arizona. Fans can expect two full days of high-energy, competitive pickleball action.

Spectators who bring a new, unwrapped gift for a child will receive free entry. Otherwise, admission is $10, and 100% of both donated toys and admission proceeds will go directly to Phoenix Children’s Hospital, ensuring that children have something special to open on Christmas morning.

Eight UPL teams will compete: Phoenix Aces, Tempe Ernies, Gilbert Hypesol, Goodyear Empire, Yuma Sol, Las Cruces Smash, Albuquerque Wolves, and El Paso Sun City Ballers.

“This Exhibition is about proving that semi-pro pickleball has a home here in the Southwest,” said Charles Farr, Founder & CEO of the UPL.

“Partnering with Phoenix Children’s brings an even deeper purpose. We’re proud to deliver championship-level pickleball while giving back to families who truly deserve support this holiday season,” said Ken Sanders, COO of the UPL.
